Rica, Jen, and Mia have each pursued impactful careers that reflect the values they gained from their education at Assumption College:

Rica Amador:

 

Rica serves as an Investor Relations Officer at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, where she plays a crucial role in promoting the Philippines as an attractive investment destination. Her work involves facilitating communication between Philippine economic decision-makers and international investors and credit rating agencies. Rica’s dedication to public service and her ability to foster collaboration aligns with the values of empathy, compassion, and social justice instilled in her at Assumption College. Her education has equipped her with critical thinking skills and a strong foundation in public administration, enabling her to contribute significantly to the government sector.

Jen Deomano Santos:

 

Jen has dedicated her career to NGO work focused on environmental stewardship, community-driven development, and social entrepreneurship. Currently involved in providing financial education for migrant domestic workers, Jen exemplifies a life driven by faith, love, and joyful service, inspired by her Assumption education. Her advocacy reflects her deep commitment to making a positive impact through education and empowerment, guided by principles of faith and compassion instilled during her time at Assumption College.

Mia Falcis:

Mia serves as the Industry Development Manager at the Washington SyCip Graduate School of Business, Asian Institute of Management. Her role involves bridging academia and industry to foster partnerships that drive real-world impact and innovation. Mia’s extensive background in community development, particularly her tenure at Ayala Foundation, has shaped her approach to creating sustainable initiatives that benefit Filipino communities. Guided by Assumption’s teachings on social responsibility and compassionate service, Mia leverages her position to contribute positively to society, embodying the values of leadership and service in her professional endeavors.
