FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT CLUB-BING!

  1. Who Can Join?
    Any registered and fully paid up AAA member for 2021-2022.
    ◼ All registered voters in the Oct 2021 AAA elections
    ◼ All who donated or paid but did not vote in the Oct 2021 AAA elections
    ◼ HS Class 1971 (Gold Jubilarians of 2021-2022) and all more senior alumnae
    ◼ Alumnae who register and pay the annual due of Php 500 by March 31, 2022.
    ◼ All registered and paid-up members by March 31, 2022, whether in the Philippines or in any part of the
    world may join.
  2. Is there a fee for joining Club/s?
    The only fee is the Annual Membership Fee of Php 500 for 2021 – 2022. If you paid already, there are no
    additional fees. If you will activate your membership in order to join the Club/s, you may join by depositing
    the 2021-2022 annual membership fee of Php 500 to the following account:

    Please email your deposit slip to aaafinance@assumption.edu.ph. Please include your name and batch and
    indicate AAA 2021-2022 Membership Fee as the subject of your email.
  3. Who May Join Without Paying the Annual Membership Fee?
    Alumnae from HS 1971 and all more senior batches may join for free. Jubilarians who will turn Golden on
    October 2022 will need to pay the annual AAA membership fee since this CLUB-BING activity is for the year
    2021-2022. No payment is needed if the fee for 2021-2022 was already paid for.
  4. How Do I Apply to Join the Club/s?
    In the application form, simply click YES on the Club/s that you want to join. Please note that an answer of YES
    or NO has to be indicated for all the Clubs in the application form in order to complete and submit the form.
    5.Where do I get an application Form?
    There are several ways to access an application form, as follows:
    ◼ All registered voters of the October 2021 election will receive an application form in their registered
    email address.
    ◼ All registered paid-up members who were unable to vote in the October 2021 election will receive an
    application form in their registered email address.
    ◼ Your Batch/ Class Representative will be sent a shareable PDF link of the application form
    ◼ The CLUB-BING application form will be posted prominently in the AAA website by 2nd week of

  5. Can a non-registered, non-member fill the CLUB application form?
    It is possible for a non-registered, non-member to fill the application form. It will not, however, be possible to
    be accepted into club if the applicant is not in the list of registered AAA members.
  6. How many CLUB/s may I join?
    You may apply for as many Club/s that you want to join. Please note that the Bible Studies and Book Clubs are
    interactive and will accept a fixed number of members only. It will be best to apply early since these 2 Clubs
    will accept the first 15 applicants.
  7. How do I know if I am accepted into a Club?
    You will receive an email from aaaclubs2022@gmail.com. The email will indicate the Club/s that you have
    been accepted to.
  8. How will the Club sessions be conducted?
    All Club sessions will be conducted online, via zoom.
  9. How will I know about the schedules, materials needed for the Club/s that I joined?
    Each Club will have a moderator who will send you advanced information on logistics such as schedule, zoom
    link, materials needed for upcoming session, sourcing, reading materials, et al. When accepted in a Club, the
    Moderator will automatically include you in the Club Viber and / or email group for facile communication.
  10. Who are the instructors for the Club/s?
    The instructor/s are posted in the e-posters and the application forms for the CLUB/s. Many of the instructors
    are Old Girls, masters in their field or craft. They have generously agreed to share their time and knowledge
    for this AAA initiative. There are some non-alumnae instructors as well. They are all experts in their fields. .
    We are grateful to all our wonderful instructors and are sure that you will learn much from them!
  11. Are these Clubs certificated?
    These Clubs, while run by experts in their fields, are not certificate courses. They are interest and lifestyle
    courses aimed at generating opportunities for meeting your fellow alumnae while learning and enhancing skills
    and interests in a fun and friendly way.
  12. Will materials/ ingredients used in the Clubs be provided?
    The advance list of materials and ingredients needed for each Club will be sent to members by the assigned
    Club Moderator. Members may then opt to purchase the materials and follow the instructor as he/ she
    demonstrates via Zoom or a member may opt to watch the demo, then purchase the materials/ ingredients at
    a later time.
  13. Will there be handouts for the Club sessions?
    All materials issued will be at the discretion of the Club Instructor/s. They will be in digital form, if issued.
    Taking down notes during the session/s is highly recommended.
  14. May we ask questions during the session?
    Yes, there will always be a Q&A session after each demo. For interactive sessions of the Bible Studies and Book
    Clubs, active participation and discussion are encouraged.
