Mama no other word can give me comfort,
You give me warmth like a trusty old blanket,
My head rests on your bosom like my favorite pillow.
Your hug and embrace soothes my soul like a silent prayer to our creator,
And as you shepherd me quietly to him, for you both have made me
What I am today, I hope you both are pleased.
Everyday, I am thankful….love you, Mama.
